False promises by Labour Council over 20 years
Dear Councillors/ prospective Councillors ,
Re:- False promises for decades by Labour Council.
We writing to request an urgent meeting regarding the ongoing issues affecting Hounslow High Street and surrounding areas.
As residents/ taxpayers and representatives of the Clean Up Hounslow campaign, we have repeatedly raised concerns about safety, congestion, street trading obstructions, and the lack of enforcement. These issues continue to impact residents and visitors alike.
Given the proximity of the upcoming elections, ww believe it is important that these concerns are addressed without delay.
We therefore requesting:
- An urgent meeting with ward councillors and relevant council officers
- A walkabout of Hounslow High Street and nearby streets to directly observe the issues
We are available at short notice and would appreciate confirmation of a meeting date as soon as possible.
We have evidence from last 20 years or so of:-
- email / correspondence to the Hounslow Council
- Meeting notes with Hounslow council , local and Central government departments
- Photographic video / images
- TV / Radio Broadcasts
- Keep Britain Tidy
- litter campaigners in UK
- Local MPs
- Spring litter pick ups in conjunction with Keep Britain Tidy .
- Overseas litter campaigners
